Keeps bulk output out of the conversation from both ends: a routing gate refuses flooding calls (curl/wget in any shell, web_fetch/read_page), and output already inside is slimmed after the tool runs — JSON re-encoded losslessly, tables windowed with line numbers, logs folded keeping diagnostics — originals readable byte-for-byte via ctk_retrieve.
